Our sorbettos are a blend of fresh fruits and fruit juices. They are made with very little cream, making them light and refreshing, and fat free. While some companies try to cut costs by using flavor enhancers, powders, and oils, Gelamisto go right to the source for our flavors, the fruit. We are proud to use the bounty of our local fruits. Our fruits are selected by our chef. We also make seasonal sorbettos from seasonal fruits. All of our sorbettos are packed full of fruits.

Our sorbettos make great drinks and are also excellent as a palate cleanser which leaves your mouth feeling crisp and fresh. Our assortment of sorbettos are also of unequaled quality and contain only the best natural flavors available all around the world. Our gelato has very little air whipped into it and is made from a lower butterfat cream than most super premium ice cream. The fat content is only 4%. Our gelato has 25% of the fat content over run compare to other ice cream makers who has an over-run of 95% to 125%. This simply means the more over-run, the more air is incorporated. By using less air, we don’t have to use a high butterfat cream, which eliminates the greasy palate caused by a lot of fat.

Our gelato is egg free, which is suitable for vegetarian. It is made in small batches from our special recipes, created from only natural ingredients such as whole milk, fresh fruits, and pure chocolate. Out gelato is made from the highest quality ingredients available in the world. As with all of our products, we only use the true ingredients. Gelamisto’s gelato look and taste like the real thing.
